The process of college applications can be long and stressful. The entire senior year has been for me. phew! But since I am going through these ‘hardships’ I am a perfect gateway to help others which is why I would like to share a few key points of advice that helped me through this process. These points will help in relieving stress and making your process easier.

Once you begin, you must know some basic information about yourself like your family details, GPA, standardized test scores, extracurricular activities, and any awards you’ve earned in high school. A few documents that you may be asked to send to your various universities while applying are housing forms, high school transcript, and previous tax forms.

After completing the process be sure to check your emails and track your admission process. I wasn’t aware of my acceptance to one of the colleges I applied to because I wasn’t constantly checking my email. So be sure to track your portal and emails daily. Good luck on applying!!
