Keandre Torrijos is an eighteen-year-old senior. Torrijos was born in New Hampshire and moved to Sunset Beach, North Carolina when he was two years old, and he has lived here ever since.  He had a very joyful childhood, and now he enjoys playing tennis and golf as a hobby. Torrijos also participates in DECA, an entrepreneurship club here at West.  He has two dogs, Keke and Millie, that he loves very much, and getting them was one of his favorite moments.

“I want to hopefully get into a university,” said Torrijos. “Preferable NC State, if I can get in there.”

Torrijos is not 100% sure what he wants to do in college, but he wants to go to college at NC State. He is waiting for his acceptance and hopes to major in computer information systems or business management. His interest in joining The West Wind sparked because he enjoys talking and learning about all of the different people around the school. He looks forward to potentially contribute to building The West Wind's podcast show.  

“I love talking to people, I really do,” said Torrijos.  “I love getting to learn more about people, that’s my big thing right there.”
