Thursday, 1/30, at 4:45 the West Brunswick Trojans faced off against New Hanover. At the start of the game the crowd eagerly awaits to match up. As the players enter the court, the excitement is evident as the players get ready for the tip off.
Once the first quarter had begun, West and New Hanover were in a tight match up. The score at the end of the quarter Was West with 8 points and New Hanover had 12 points.
After the Trojans we’re keeping up a good Second quarter with New Hanover They still fell short, ending the second quarter with the Trojans 16 and New Hanover 26. During halftime the Trojans went back to take a break and go over their best players to use during the last two quarters.
Once halftime was over, the Trojans came back eager to get back on the court and beat New Hanover. But once the third quarter was over New Hanover had 36 points, while the Trojans only had 24 points.
As the game rounds up and the clock winds down from the fourth quarter the Trojans wanted to make it a game. Though they gave it their all and the crowd died down, New Hanover came out on top with this game, making the final score 52-34. They might have lost, but their fight is still there.
