Finding new music is probably one of my favorite things to do. I’m always wanting to create new playlists and find new artists I’ve never heard of before. So if you’re looking for some new tunes to jam to, I’ve got you covered. 

My first artist is Labrinth. You’ve probably heard his song “Still Don’t Know My Name” from TikTok, but the artist has a few other songs worth adding to your next playlist.

• His song “Formula” is one of my favorites. Its upbeat sound makes it a fun song to dance and sing to. It’s a short song, clocking in at 1:30, but it’s well worth your time. 
• Another song I love by him is “Oblivion.” It’s one of those songs that make you feel like you’re in a music video when you sing it. You can feel the meaningfulness behind the song with his choice in lyrics. His vocals, combined with Sia’s vocals, make for a great song.
• Another notable song is called “Treatment.” This song is one to add to your car jams playlist. It has a very buoyant sound, making you want to dance. If you need to escape, just put this song on and let go. 

My next artist choice is a band called The Aces. They are an alternative band I love listening to when I am trying to get stuff done. 

• Their song “Stuck” is my favorite by them, it’s so chirpy and bright. It has a great drum and guitar sound that makes it a song I listen to in the car with the windows rolled down and the volume up. 
• Another song I love is called “Strong Enough.” It has really interesting sounds and a really fun chorus that makes the song thrive. I like this song when I’m riding my bike around the neighborhood or just chilling in my room. 
• Their song “Daydream” to me, is the epitome of summer. It’s so lively and has uplifting guitar sounds. The combination of enjoyable instruments and lyrics make it a great listen. 

My last artist is Delacey. She has a super soft and mellow sound; I would say her songs would go into a relaxed playlist. You can tell she puts her heart into every song and loves to write stories. 

• Her song “The Subway Song” is slow and heartfelt. The lyrics that form a story combined with the faint music make this song one of my favorites. 
• I love her song “Black Coffee.” It’s got an amazing beat to it and her light voice adds to the appeal of the song. I also love the interesting guitar sounds added to this song; they make the song super compelling. 
• My last song choice is “Break up Slow Dance.” The slow beat of the drums and her melodic voice are sure to help anyone relax. This is one of my favorites when I’m trying to study or do homework.
