Jeremiah Gore is a 16-year old sophomore starting his first semester of journalism. Gore was born in Durham, North Carolina and moved to Holden Beach before the start of freshman year. He enjoys spending time outside and with family.

In his free time, Gore enjoys listening to music, going to the beach, and playing video games. Gore also likes photography. He started taking pictures with his uncle: ever since, he has wanted to know more about it and how to get better.

“To him it’s what is being carried, capturing the moments that are being taken in his mind to an image,” said Gore, ” A moment that he can share with others.

Along with photography, Gore is interested in learning even more about photography. Journalism was a class introduced to him, he was interested in it. His love of photography brought him into joining the class.

After high school, Gore plans to attend the University of North Carolina at Charlotte to pursue a degree in architecture and become an architect.

“I’ve always thought of what it was like to make buildings and how they were made,” said Gore.
