The Lady Trojans varsity lacrosse team played their last home game of the season against South Brunswick. It was a tough game, and the Trojans lost 16-2, but they gave it their best effort from start to finish.
South Brunswick started strong and scored early, but the Trojans didn’t give up. The defense worked hard the whole game, trying to slow down Souths strong offense. The goalie made some great saves, and the team kept pushing the whole game.
The Trojans scored twice, showing good teamwork and smart passing. Even though they were behind, the players kept fighting, and played as a family for the last game of the season.
After the game, the team celebrated Senior Night. The seniors were honored on the field with their families, coaches, and teammates. They received flowers and kind words for all the hard work they’ve done over the years. There were lots of smiles, hugs, and sadness as everyone showed their love and support.
Even though they didn’t win, the Lady Trojans made their school proud. They showed heart, effort, and what it means to play as a team. It was a special night for the seniors, and a memory they’ll keep forever.
