15-year-old Ashlynn Childers is  from Supply, North Carolina. 

She actively participates in cheerleading, track, and soccer and enjoys spending time with her dog. One of her favorite memories comes from her time in competitive cheerleading, where she earned third place at a national cheer competition at Disney. Looking to the future, Ashlynn aspires to become an eye doctor and plans to study optometry at University of Miami. 

Her interest in the West Wind stems from her love of photography and sports events, and she is excited to help manage the school’s social media account.
