On Wednesday April 8th, students and teachers switched roles for the day and were put into each other’s role’s. Students got to experience the challenges and responsibilities of teaching. They got an inside look at a day in the life of a teacher. From preparing lesson plans, handing out copies and managing the classroom. They quickly realized that being a teacher is no easy feat, but they embraced the challenge with enthusiasm and creative mind sets. Many students were dressed as their favorite teacher or teachers they look up to.
On the other hand, teachers enjoyed stepping into students shoe’s, donning casual clothes and participating in various student activities. They got to experience the fun and camaraderie of being a student, and it was a great way for everyone to bond and understand each other’s roles. Teacher’s especially got to see what is was like to dress in all the new trendy clothes and make tiktok’s like their students like to do in class. Overall it was shown that it’s not easy swithing roles but when put to the challenge they bother excelled.
