Although most West Brunswick students are not eligible to vote yet, this year’s election had everyone more engaged than ever before. Whether you lean red or blue, it’s important to vote in elections. According to The Washington Post, “More Americans voted in the 2020 election than in any other in more than 100 years. Nearly 65 percent of the voting-eligible population cast a ballot — a figure that will increase as more votes are tabulated.” With this kind of data, it’s safe to say that Americans are invested in their political future.
